Salesforce Web-to-Lead (Zero API Keys Required)#

EntryWise includes first-class support for Salesforce Web-to-Lead. You only need your 15- or 18-character Salesforce Organization ID (OID) — no connected apps, OAuth secrets, or API quotas required.

EntryWise automatically maps common form fields (name, first_name, last_name, email, company, phone, city, state, country, website, description) to Salesforce standard Lead parameters and converts any extra fields into structured Lead notes.

Airtable & Notion Direct Sync#

Connect Airtable using a Personal Access Token (pat...), Base ID (app...), and Table Name. Connect Notion using an Internal Integration Secret (ntn_... or secret_...) and a Database ID.

Both tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being saved to the database, and are only decrypted in memory inside the background queue worker during dispatch.
